L-TWOO was founded in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province, China, by Liu Chunsheng, an engineer with over two decades of experience in mechanical design and bicycle transmission systems. Prior to establishing L-TWOO, Liu spent approximately ten years working in research and development for SRAM.
